CarePoint Plus Services provides high-quality and culturally appropriate home care to all clients, through qualified care professionals. All consumers care plans are developed by a registered team member with extensive experience in home care, in collaboration with the consumers and their family members. The consumers status and the services provided are closely monitored by the Care Coordinator to ensure the highest standard of care. Regular home visits, 24/7 telephone support (including weekends and holidays), and consistent communication with clients and their family members ensure high levels of consumers satisfaction. The Care Coordinator also organizes additional services if there are changes in the client’s state of health or personal needs.

Our team: We pride ourselves on delivering quality services with respect for our clients through experienced and certified personal care service providers. All staff are insured and bonded. A formal orientation and personal care service competencies are part of our screening process, which includes reference checks, background checks, and health screenings. To maintain their proficiency in performing a variety of tasks, personal care providers receive extensive training and continuing education.
